Faulty OLED

Hello!

I recently purchased a 1.5" 16 bit RGB OLED that seems to have a broken transistor. There is a row of dead pixels across the screen as shown in these pictures. I contacted [email protected] and they sent me here. I was wondering if it was possible to return the screen for a refund or replacement. The code running is the test code provided by adafruit.

Yes, that looks like a defective display. Please contact [email protected] with a link to this thread and we will send you a replacement.
