Defective parts

Regarding the order shown below: The headers were defective and had to be discarded. The three new motor shields do not work with stepper motors.

What was wrong with the headers? We've sold tens of thousands without any problems, and the construction is so simple there isn't much that can go wrong.

WRT the shields, we test all our hardware before approving it for sale. Please post a photo of your hardware and connections, along with the electrical specs for the motors you're trying to control.
