Dear All,
in the order ID 804608-7041771370, one MCP4725 Breakout Board - 12-Bit DAC w/I2C Interface it's delivered broken.
In particular, the circuit integrated (chip) has the package broken. Please, see more details in the picture attached.
I can suggest two solutions :
1) you send me a new device;
2) you send me only a chip and I replace it.
