Didn't get "Order Confirmation Email" like I usually do

Hello.

I ordered an adafruit edition replicator 2 a couple days ago. Normally, you guys immediately send an order confirmation email, and typically ship the same day or the next day, but neither of those things happened this time. Since the order is of a large amount ($2000+), I just wanted to be sure you guys didn't overlook it or something. I have the paypal email confirming the payment going through, but no emails from adafruit confirming the order, shipment email(s), or any email for that matter.

Can someone confirm that my order is ok please and thanks?

actually, I forgot I can log in and see orders. it says pending. order number 293998.

still doesn't explain why I didn't get the usual order confirmation email, so I'd still like to know that all is well if possible

hi there,

we see an email confirmation sent, did you check your spam folder? paypal held payment then released it (they do that with larger amounts) your order will shipping out shortly. let us know if you do not get an shipping confirmation later today. you're using gmail, sometimes it gets a little grabby with emails and puts them in to spam.

that was exactly it! weird that it never yanked them into spam folder until this time. oh well, now I know. thanks as usual for the speedy response and friendly customer service. much appreciated!
