I purchased the Arduino Due back in April for use in my lab in University but I only tried using it this past week. The board seems unable to be powered. When I plug the miniUSB into either the native USB port or the programming port, the light turns on quickly in a flash but then shuts off immediately and my computer does not register the Arduino due. I have also tried switching the USB cable but the problem is not fixed.
I believe my product to be defective. Can I exchange it for another one?
I have my order number if it is necessary.
