Returns question reg. invoice 350358

Hi there,

I received the Beagle12 [pid 708] today and upon hooking it up to the computer, I realized that the device I'm monitoring is using high speed and can't be monitored with Beagle12. Clearly I did not do my homework and am wondering if you can help me out here..
Given that I have opened the packaging, would you be willing to:
a. accept return for a re-stocking fee
b. upgrade to the Beagle480 and charge me the difference. I don't see Beagle480 listed in the catalog though.
c. none of the above

We don't carry the Beagle480, so option B is out. We don't generally restock opened merchandise, so a straight version of option A is probably out too. I'll have to pass this to the folks in support for the ultimate decision though.
