Hello,
I recently purchased 4 BlueFruit EZ-Keys (Invoice # 417316) and one of them does not work. I hooked them all up in exactly the same manner and while the pair LED blinks suggesting that it would be discoverable, it does not show up on any bluetooth enabled device. The other 3 work perfectly as would be expected.
Any information on what is involved in the RMA process would be greatly appreciated.

We troubleshoot issues here in the forum beore making people wait for another round of shipping, but comparison tests (three work, one doesn't) make the process a lot easier.
It sounds like there's a hardware problem with the one that doesn't work, so let's get you a new one. Send a note to [email protected] with a link to this thread and the people there will help you.
