I am trying to order an item from USA to be be shipped to BANNED. The shipping method lets me choose either Paypal / BANNED. Can I purchase Gift Certificates from Adafruit and use them to pay for the order?

Hello, I'm trying to buy some items, but i can't because it says all the time "Due to certain UPS/USPS shipping restrictions, we can only allow alpha-numeric characters in your shipping address."
My shipping address have only letters and numers, so it's strange, can you help me please?
