How do I exchange defective merchandise?
I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone from Adafruit regarding a defective LCD driver board I purchased. With whom should I speak with regarding an exchange?

Re: How do I exchange defective merchandise?
I design and manufacture aftermarket pinball parts. One of my products utilizes the following parts purchased directly from Adafruit (or one of your distributors): https://www.adafruit.com/products/1678
My product uses a Raspberry Pi to display videos or images on your LCD screen via an HDMI cable. The RPi and LCD driver board are powered via the pinball machine's 5VDC and 12VDC power sources respectively. You can find more detail on my product here:
http://pinballmiked.com/?product=acdc-i ... oncert-mod
Prior to shipping my products I bench test every unit. I use the same power supplies and cabling to test every unit that goes out the door. I have sold dozens of these units and never had a custom complaint, so obviously whatever I’m doing is working.
I recently ordered a batch of 9 LCD/Driver boards from one of your distributors. When performing my standard bench tests I found one of your LCD driver boards failed to display any videos once powered up and connected to my RPi. I tried swapping out the RPi, the SD card, the LCD screen, etc. Nothing made a difference. I set this board aside and went back to testing and every other board worked fine.
I would like you to replace this defective board. I buy 7 to 10 of these from your distributor on a bi-weekly bases, so I’m sure it would be easy enough to have an additional PCB included with a future order. I validated that the actual LCD screen works fine, so the only issue is the board.
