Hi,
We ordered PID909 on Inv No 294375 and again on Inv No 592267.
As you can see in the attached picture (Left connector is original part, right connector is latest part), the connector head has changed, so it is not exactly the same part.
The connector head on the later part does not fit the plastic enclosure we have.
Please advise whether the original shape PID909 is available to replace with the incorrect connectors?
Many thanks
Oli

Re: PID 909 Different Part
I'll have someone check what's in inventory, but as a rule we aren't an industrial parts supplier.
The parts we get from our vendors do change once in a while, and we don't issue Product Change Notifications when that happens. If you need parts guaranteed to remain consistent with a specific set of design drawings, you'll be better off buying from a distributor like Mouser or Digikey, or making contracts directly with the producer.
UPDATE: It looks like the new version is all we have in stock. You can contact [email protected] for a refund on the ones you have now.
