Hi,
I suspect that a large order I placed has been stolen from my front porch. I'm dealing with UPS at the moment, but I wonder how you guys handle these things, if at all.
The order had vital parts for a project I'm trying to finish under deadline.
Any advice?

1) continue to work with UPS so they can locate it. we cannot do a replacement until UPS follows up with you and says it was lost/stolen.
2) if they cannot within the time period they gave your for the trace/investigation let us know [email protected]
if you need something sooner than that, re-purchase and send it to a different location for sure this round. later we can always refund the previous order if needed if it was lost/stolen once UPS declares it gone.
