Got my Pi B+ and Timber Pibow today. Parts 4 and 5 in the Pibow kit are broken. The other pieces seem OK. What do I do?

I emailed support a week ago and have not heard anything, not even an acknowledgement that they received my email?

I'll check with support. Check your spam filter and make sure the email Adafruit has on file is the one you are checking.
