What is the Cable type?

Please look at the link.

In product title, it is saying "MCX Jack to BNC RF Cable Adapter". But in the picture, it is showing MCX plug. If I make an order what do I get? Cable with MCX plug or MCX jack? I need a cable with MCX plug to BNC female as showing in the picture.
Another Q: What is the cable type? RG 316 or RG174 or others???

you get what is in the photo, it converts the JACK into a BNC, thus there is a PLUG on the end.
We do not know the exact cable part #

Is there any means to know about the cable or selecting the cable? Because I need RG316 coax cable.
In the picture it looks like RG316, but I want to make sure.
