Hello, my company recently acquired an A+ Pi from your shop and upon first insertion of a USB device, one of the 4 pins bent back, lodging against the socket housing. Cursory googling indicates this is common with the A+ model. I would like to know how you recommend resolving this issue.
I would also like to submit that figuring out where to post this kind of inquiry was a less than satisfactory experience--perhaps you can make it more clear with what workflow to engage for manufactural defect resolution.
Thanks

There's a link labeled 'Support' at the bottom of every page on the website: https://www.adafruit.com/support/
WRT the RasPi, could you post a photo of the damaged USB jack please? 800x600 images usually work best.

Thanks, the usb image is below.
WRT Support: the link is obvious, what isn't clear is that users need to post defect issues to the 'administrative' topic in a forum.
