Question about genma stock and shipping

I'm Damien and I'm currently planning to animate a workshop based on the Genma/Trinket Space Invader pendant for 30 persons in France. I was wondering if the Adafruit's Genma stock would be enough and of course if I had to buy asap the materials I need (the workshop is actually planned in the end of June). Besides, is the shipping price the same for say 10 Genma Space Invader pendant kits as for 30 of them, or UPS needs bigger packages so bigger prices ?

I know I'll have to pay custom and transportation fees for all of this, but this is taken into account in my budget.
