Raspberry Pi Model B+ 512MB will not boot from known SD Card

Raspberry PI will not boot from known SD Card (Samsung 16GB EVO Class 10 Micro SDHC with Adapter up to 48MB/s (MB-MP16DA/AM). We've ordered a bunch of Raspberry PI's, some worked and others did not.

We have:
Raspberry Pi Model B+ 512MB

Bascially, we want to exchange 2 Raspberry Pi

Most of an SD card's specs are irrelevant to Open Hardware. The advanced features are only available to paying members of the SD Association, and the code to use them is protected by nondisclosure agreements. The RasPi Foundation wouldn't be able to release the source code for the OS if they used those interfaces. Instead, Open projects use the publically accessible SPI interface.

The standard rate of production defects in the RasPi is less than 0.1%, so getting two duds in a single shipment is kind of unlikely. Have you tried booting from another SD card?

Answer: Of course, I have with other working Rasberry PI's with the same SD Card. So, Yes!

We've established the fact that the SD card you used works with other RasPis, but that isn't the question I asked. Have you tried a different SD card with the RasPis that didn't boot?

I am NOT going to play word games here. No, I have not tried a different "vendor" SD card.

Look, I have order multiple Rasberry Pi from this company and it is for a student project.

This delay in customer service is unacceptable. Do I need to send an official complaint and
stop my company from doing further business with you (Adafruit)?

All I want here are replacement Rasberry Pis? How do I go about doing that without further delays?
Please escalate this matter.

Yes, I had tried a different SD card with the RasPis and it still didn't boot.
