Can’t find my order

It was paid for by PayPal. I never received a confirmation eMail so I can’t track it.

Were you logged in when you placed the order? Did Paypal send you a confirmation?

I suspect that I was logged in as Guest. I don’t see a confirmation from PayPal in my email but I do see confirmation in my PayPal account.

I would say you are OK then. Email [email protected] with a link to this thread and they probably can check on the order.

Check your junk or spam folder. Support usually responds within an hour of getting your email during business hours.

Try contacting support using a different email account. You could create a gmail account.
