Malfunctioning products second try
I recently emailed the support email saying my power charger was faulty as well as the case being the wrong size. They said to post here, so I did. I then saw a reply here saying to send an email to the support email??? After about a week, I just came back to reply to my post and it's gone?! I'm extremely disappointed with not only the state of the products I received, but even more the customer support I've received. Please help me. Order number 854170-2581504825.
