Hey guys,
I got my order and wanted to get started on programming it. I plugged the ProTrinket in to my Mac using a Mini-USB cable and it didn't light up. I wish I had checked it before I installed the Lipo backpack charger but I didn't. Anyway, it doesn't light up. I need a replacement for it.
Please let me know what to do.
Thanks,
Randal Stout

Let's start with photos of the board and your connections.

Re: Order 979933
It's taken me a while to get back to my project. I removed the battery board assuming it was my soldering that was the problem. The Pro Trinket powers via battery but will not power via USB. Yes, I've tried several USB cords. I've tried USB power supplies too. Any suggestions?

I haven't cleaned up the solder but it isn't outside the holes right now.

I can use a battery connected directly to G and BAT+ on the Pro Trinket and it powers fine. No USB will power it.
