Programmer for 16F630

Hey All

Well, Another person trying to figure out how to program this PIC. There seem to be a lot of programming devices (even to be assembled by yourself) but I'm looking for an In System Programmer (ISP) so that you don't have to buy that nifty socket and all that stuff.
I found some ISPs at http://www.ic-prog.com/index1.htm but I'm not sure if there's a right one listed there. MicroChip also has a ISP listed there somewhere (I lost the link) but without any software i think.

So how did you all program your PICs?
