MiniPOv4 soldering

I have soldered up the minipov4 kit but the LEDs were only lighting up green and halting at the fourth led. I figured there was a short and reflowed a few spots. Then I saw more movement but it kept stoping at led 4. It was flickering and it looks like the red power lead was separating.

I've attached a photo of the bottom in case I have missed a short. It also doesn't connect via USB. Any deqs would be helpful.

Difficult to see. Any change you could take another picture with better light, like near a window. More of a close-up would also be good. Also a picture of the other side so we can check for any misplaced components.

I've circled some solders where it doesn't look like the solder has flowed over the pad. You should re-flow these joints to make sure they're solid connections:
