I killed it Gilbert, Xox now flubby fuzzy sounding.

So I was busy on my X0X testing out different combinations of Q1-Q4 as I was soon to install the Roland BA662 and wanted to see how good the BA6110 could sound at it's best before comparing the two. I desoldered q1-q4 to install sockets for the swap out comparison and after checking out better matched pairs of both decided the 945's were my pick of the two. Upon retuning the board for the 100'th or so time all of a sudden everything went fuzzy and flubby sounding while turning TM3 I think it was(it took about 20 seconds to change fully) and it is now stuck this way. I can hear the saw and square still however they are much quieter and surrounded by a low/mid frequency fuzz that plays along with the notes and is louder and obscures the tone severely. Any one here ran into this before? I was just about to swap to the BA662A chip as well before this happened and have done so since to make sure that it was not the BA6110 or the transistors q1-4, sounds about the same with the swap now though, still fuzzy and murky.

Just realized something after reading someone elses unrelated troubleshooting issue. One of my IO to mainboard jumpers is reversed and I have been using this the whole time backwards on that socket. The cable I have been using on J6 does not have the twist that the others do making my pin1 on one side connect to pin 3 on the other and vice-verse. Would this have any affect on anything that would maybe burn out anything? Q26(c1583) for example is a few steps off of that connection, the other end had a resistor leading to a diode(D34).

Just now noticed as well that when I socketed q1-q4 that q3's middle pin was left floating with no connection due to a trace lift from the pcb that was covered up by the flux that came out of the solder. Wondering as well if this could have burnt something connected to q3

Did have Zelscope but currently looking for a different software one as my Zelscope trial ended. should have an alternate one up and running shortly.

Just what I get for working on this when I'm sleep deprived as hell and having hypoglycemia shakes. At one point when pulling the VCA's to compare different BA6110 against both each other and with different q1-4's I pulled out and put back in the headphone amp chip from it's socket. In my state I didn't even remember doing this. Just had to get that shootout done though as my BA662A's had just arrived that afternoon and I wanted to run the tests as soon as humanly possible. Next time I'm waiting. Switched the headphone amp around and it works now.
