Nope, pin 7 of IC14 is 18 mV only. All other pins are very low too.

We need to find out if the +6V are generated at all.
Remove the cable to J5 on the IOboard (if it's soldered make a note of the colors and measure on the other side of the cable).
Measure at J5 on the IOboard between the middle pin (ground) and the pin closest to the big caps (make sure the multimeter is measuring DC).

Cool, you made me discover another bad connection with my bloody plastic white connectors. Now J5 is firmly soldered on both I/O and control board, headphones are back on track, as well as mix in and out. Thanks alot MMM & co ! I'm so grateful with your help. Nice christmas present. Now I'll chase strange filter and other controls behaviours, but first, I need to trim my settings, and hopefully I'll be smart enough... Hopefully...
