VCA Problems, no sound

Everything seems to be in order, solders look good and all the parts are in correctly. The new BA6110 is in as well. But no sound! Tested at the volume pot and there's no signal so I don't htink it's the i/o board. Everything else works fine! What could possibly be wrong? Has anyone had defective parts other than the 6110?

Any help I would appreciate immensely!

does your gate out go to 12v and back down to 0v
when you press keys in keyboard mode
