is this soldering iron adequate to build a x0xb0x?

Hi All,
I'm thinking about starting to build some kits, and then eventually building a x0xb0x. I was wondering, would this soldering iron be ok? adequate? What would I be missing from a more expensive soldering iron?

that will do, i'd skip the SMD part though...

although i'm not sure if this soldering iron can do lead free soldering, as that is required nowadays it might be tricky to get leaded solder. you might need a special soldering iron for lead free? (requires a higher temperature...)
