The x0xb0x and mod kits are DIY (Do It Yourself)
If you mean more specifically the x0xi0 stuff, then that is still DIY too. However, read the FAQ of his website and you'd see this..
Can I buy a complete x0xb0x with x0xi0 kit installeds?
Generally I don't make kits to order although I have done it a few times in the past. It's best to send an email and ask.
I expect that means that for a fee, he would make you one
