built my midisense, powered it up to see the leds (power and midi, once i plugged in the UNO)
connected to version 1.3 without a hitch
(small question: why when i open midisense does the DIGITAL I/O column dwarf the entire span of the app? i have to click and drag the middle bar to be where it should be to look like it does on the website. without fail every time i open midisense the analog column is scrunched all the way to the left)
second question - say we're putting a sensor into analog 1. from the RIGHT to LEFT, it goes OUT, IN, GROUND, as per silkscreen, correct?
so i've got an IR sensor in analog1. whenever i click the checkbox on Analog I/O 1, digital 2 gets checkmarked instead.
using the IR and/or the included potentiometer also sometimes yielded this message:
Failed to write sysex message! portmidi: 'invalid midi message data'
also, suddenly, though this was NOT the case when i was testing the power supply earlier, the heatsink is HOT, and the infrared sensor is HOT HOT HOT.
what do i need to do?
also, when attempting to use the included potentiometer, the same issue occurs minus the heat
issue SOLVED, user error. thanks ladyada!

man, i dont know what you did there did you program the ADIO board with the Resistive board firmware?
Try downloading v1.3 of the software from the midisense page, then also download v1.3 of the ADIO firmware, and try to repair your board by uploading the firmware again.

tried on multiple computers, with multiple usb-midi cords (uno and a turtle beach audio one). though firmware is updated and verified, Midisense still can't be found by the computer. no sensors are plugged in.
the midi LED flashes when i turn on Midisense
when i turn OFF midisense, the POWER light stays on SEMI-LIT when a midi cord is connected to MIDI OUT
