My Mintyboost arrived today

Postby flapjackboy » Tue Jan 11, 2011 8:44 am

Finally got my Mintyboost kit today and after excitedly tearing open the packaging, immediately switched my solder station on and went about building it.

No major problems to report, although I did start before I pulled up Limor's build guide and soldered the IC socket in before the resistor that goes underneath it. (d'oh!) Luckily, I was able to thread the resistor through the gap in the IC socket and all was well.

Also. to add to the list of compatible devices, my HTC banned charges just fine from it.
