iPod Touch 3g don't charge after battery change

Hi I've just changed the battery of my iPod Touch 3g but now my mintyboost cant charge it!! I've had no problem with my wall charger or with the pc, can anyone help me?

What voltages do you see on the power and data pins from your Minty Boost? Measure both unplugged, and connected to the iPod.

iPod unplugged
-power line: 5v
-Both data lines: 1.99v
iPod Plugged
-power line: 4.7v
-Both data lines:1.7v

Your voltage is dropping significantly. This is an indication of weak batteries. Check out battery recommendations here:
