Hi, I made a solar powered minty boost a while back (http://ladyada.net/make/solarlipo/). So I'm wondering, what's the difference between this: http://www.adafruit.com/products/259
and this: http://www.adafruit.com/products/390
Is there any difference in performance especially when it comes to solar?
Also, what's the difference between the USB LiIon/LiPoly charger - v1.2 (http://www.adafruit.com/products/259) and the v1.0?
Thanks in advance!
Which is better for solar powered mintyboost?

For solar, the best choice by far is the USB / DC / Solar Lithium Ion/Polymer charger See the design documents for details.

ok. If I were to get the new one (USB / DC / Solar Lithium Ion/Polymer charger) and i already rewired my solar panel to have a mini-b connector, would i be able to use the mini b on it (the USB / DC / Solar Lithium Ion/Polymer charger)? can I charge the battery and device simultaneously using the mini b?
sorry if any of this is unclear

You can connect your panel by way of the mini-B. And yes, you can simultaneously charge the battery and your device.
