I have the MintyBoost v3 and it works for many of my devices (Amazon Kindle, LG Octane [phone], Droid Razr [phone], etc). However, when I plug in my iPod touch 4th generation, it comes up with the "Charging is not supported with this accessory" message after charging for about .5 seconds. I have set up the MintyBoost in two ways; the first way is with no modifications (except a small 4v solar panel) and without the data lines shorted. The second way, which I prefer much more, involves a wire being attatched to each data line and then to a switch. The switch allows me to be able to choose whether I want the data lines to be shorted or not so I am not stuck one way or another. Voltages are also good across the board (4.98v for power, 1.96 for D1 and 1.97 for D2) so I do not believe that voltage is an issue. Any help would be great. If the pictures are not good enough/clear enough I will upload different ones (the origonal ones were humongous so I scaled them down).
