Willing to pay for a item very similar to Minty Box

Hi

I am interested in taking a low voltage source of around 1 - 3 volts DC and boosting it up to 5 - 6 volts DC. It is to power LED's so it does not have to be exact.

I see the minty box does this, but I have no idea how to use it and I just need two wires coming in and out of it to make it simple. (Positve and negative)

Is there something I could buy that is pre-assembled or pay you to do it?

If it works, I will need several thousand of them,

Again I need it to be dummied down to basically a black and red wire for input and a black and red wire for output.

will gladly pay for such, and I may need thousands of them.
