Im assembling 2 boards at the same time. When doing the PWM square wave test on one board the voltage of the square wave is about 3.3V for both outputs, but on the other board one is at 3.3V but the other is at 2V! both were programed with the same code at the same time. I would duduce that this is a faulty microcontroler. Would others agree? Has anyone else seen this?
Id like to be sure before I start trying to remove the Atmega88.

I'd look for bad solder joints and solder bridges first.

The soldering was fine, it turned out to be too much flux that was not cleaned off properly! I wouldnt have thought that flux was contuctive but it might have been introducing too much capacitance between pins. Cheers.
