WB 2010 Boards missing R43 Pads

correct me if I'm wrong but it looks to me like R45 is ok and our only problem is with R43...

Again correct me if I'm wrong here. but would it be possible to 'ghetto mount' the R43 as a 1206 of equal value resistor between the gap.

You are definitely correct sir, don't know why I originally included r45 in this, perhaps my mind was tired and groggy. I have edited the post and thread title to WB 2010 Boards Missing R43 Pads, suggest you do the same to avoid confusion.

Ghetto rigging a 1206 SMD Resistor here is a solution (most likely one I will employ). Bridging from the existing pad over to the resistor with solder. Alternatively you can use a regular resistor of the same value (ugly).

I am not one for kludges, if you can't tell I am somewhat of a pedant.

Use P22ECT-ND RES 22 OHM 1/4W 5% 1206 SMD for R43 on boards missing this pad.
