To motorbike?

Post by Zyrppa »

Is it possible to use spokepov on motorbike?
My uncle asked me to make/buy SpokePOV for his motorbike. But it says on faq, that for one spokepov, max speed is 24km/h(15mph).
But he's driving that bike about speed of 40-250km/h.
So, is it even possible or do i just make some changes to hardware/code to make it work?

theres no 'max speed' (max speed is quite high)
its more of a 'how to attach it' question! :)

yeah, attaching may cause some problems.
So if there's not max speed, i'll just ask my uncle when he wants that thing :D

Be very careful putting this through a high rpm situation. The point at which you reach mechanical failure of the comonents (probably batteries first) will be quite a high force situation and could turn your components into dangerous projectiles.
