Help for power

Hello everybody,

I'm a bike producer. The SpokePOV kit really gives me a deep shock. It's

fantastic and glorious. I wonder if I could install the kit to my bike; or get

your technical support. Otherwise, I am looking for partners to join the

work. The bike we producing is driven both by foot and electricity. Some

bikes are shown in the website: www.xinri.com . However, there is

coming a problem. That is the power. As we konw, the battery is not very

fit to use in the kit because the customers are not likely to change them

regually. If the kit is connected to the other power, the wires are

impossible to roll with the wheels. Hence, I sincerely ask for your help

whether there is some ways can solve the big problem.

its a tough problem, you could pass power thru the sproket but is hard. id say just go with the AA batteries!

sorry to bring this one back out of the dustbin, but here's an idea for powering the spokePOV.....

experiment around a little with winding a couple of coils of wire to be attached to the spokes near the hub, and attach a STRONG magnet to the fork/stay.

this will produce an AC current, which you then rectify to DC and regulate to the proper voltage.

can be used to keep rechargables charged up or to directly power the POV
