PCB 2 Layer

I already printed the pcb, but I still have a question. How to connect the layer 1 and 2 of PCB? Is it done when I soldering the PCB?

My understanding is that layer one and two are the front and back on one piece of PCB material. So layer one is printed on one side and layer two on the other. 'Through' holes would connect the two layers together. If you could somehow glue your two pieces together and then connect all the right parts of the circuit you might be able to manage it. But it's probably just worth getting it printed correctly. I might have misunderstood your problem however.
