Serial dongle without PCB

Post by rabbidator »

Hi, I made serial dongle without PCB. Now i'm thinking, what casing would be good, becouse, it's weak and bends when I plug/unplug from PC. Has anybody ideas for casing?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for quick response. Hotglue is handy for me.

Ja... i'd go with the thermally extruded adhesive material (a.k.a. hot glue). It would encase & stabilize the components, preventing breakage.
