My SpokePOVs have "lost" two banks :-(

Hello,

I reopen the topic, because I have the same problem, with no solution yet.
- lost 2 banks on 1 POV. Tried hard reset and transferring blank and full-lit pictures to no avail.
- the issue is definitely with the software : transferring the same pictures to the 2 remaining POV which were working fine before, I also lost 2 banks on those.
So the question are :
- is a software update to be expected to fix the problem ? I guess not...
- does someone now about a picture to upload that would solve the problem ? (same question as DVmaker)
- is there a way to write/erase the EEPROM with a different software. That would probably solve the problem

If needed I can post the dat files to check whether the problem only happens to me...

I encountered this problem today and could not resolve it by writing all-on or all-off. Writing random data to the first byte of banks 1 and 2 (I just scribbled some pixels near the north side of the hub), then restarting the software and the hardware resolved the problem.
