Easy solar power question

Hi

I'm trying to run my arduino uno using solar panel. I already have a Lipoly charger, a 6v solar panel, and a 3.7v 2700 mAh lipoly (see below for exact specs). In order to run my arduino, can I just connect the + cable from the charger "load" to the 5v power pin in the arduino, and the - cable from the charger "load" to the arduino ground?

No, because the output of the "Load" terminals is going to be in the 3.7-4.2v range. You can use a Mintyboost to boost the voltage back to 5v as in this example:
