NeTV?? HDCP Overlay?

I've been following the HDCP stuff re this board.

but I can't find the sw or see any pics or videos of what is meant by "Overlay".
Why is there no pics or videos of the Result of this research?

When I saw overlay, I first thought that the Overlay was a complete copy of the video as in a side channel, but apparently not.

Can someone help with a more complete description of the result of this research and maybe some pics or video of the actual result?
