Miniature TTL Serial Camera Viewing Distance

The description for the product mentioned " it has a 1-15 meter focal distance by default". Will it be able to see objects 10cm away with reasonable focus? Or perhaps I need to change the lens?

It has a manual focus lens, which I think will go down to 5cm.

Silly question --- how do I manually adjust the focus on this camera?

Never mind on the focus question. You just turn the lens. Mine was just a bit sticky and I didn't want to break it by turning something that wasn't meant to be turned. But it is working now.
