Hello, I've done the https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-nfc ... spberry-pi tutorial over and over again trying to get this to work, and having no success.
I'm getting a constant power light, but nothing more than that.
Cycled the power many times, recompiled libnfc a lot too. Tried many different setups, but no luck.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Re: Unable to open NFC device
The only thing I saw in the images was a few joints that could use solder touch up The jumper pins look a bit iffy but the rest look OK. I don't have the nfc so I'll let the others answer.

Thanks i'm going to probably resolder everything in the morning. I've tried to take it off the breadboard and the ground header has come off.franklin97355 wrote:The only thing I saw in the images was a few joints that could use solder touch up The jumper pins look a bit iffy but the rest look OK. I've now checked solders and wired it up in I2C mode, with no success. Is the board faulty?

Well I feel silly. It was actually bad wiring from the card to the Pi.tom169 wrote:I've now checked solders and wired it up in I2C mode, with no success. Is the board faulty?
