Printrbot Metal Simple Always in waiting state

Hi,

I recently bought printrbot metal simple (Assembled, Board Rev D), it worked great for first test print. Then started misbehaving for next print, especially during auto leveling Y - Axis moves backward beyong endstop and start grinding very loudly. I had to pull the power plug in order to stop it. Soon, I could not send any command to printer, repetier host always show printer in waiting state.

I also raised support ticket with printrbot, where they suggested upgrading firmware, which did not help either. Printer connects to host but always remain in waiting state thus its unusable.

Following is the error message during boot (in Repetier host for mac) -

< 6:22:54 PM: Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 0
< 6:22:54 PM: Resend: 1
