cannot find ftdi1 python library

I have setup the ft232h breakout board and am having an issue with the python library. I'm able to import the Adafruit_GPIO library but cant import ftdi1 library. What step did I missing?

thanks for the advice. I turns out I have 2 versions of python on my computer. In addition to the standard location, I have canopy. Will the library work with canopy also? Can I just copy the libraries over?
