Assembled Mini Pan-Tilt Kit Micro Servo Not working

The item https://www.adafruit.com/product/1967, which I received yesterday. I have tried to make
it work using a Raspberry Pi and Adafruit 16-Channel 12-bit PWM/Servo Driver, but the bottom servo
does not work in this module. I tried with different boards, wires, arduino board, but its still not
working.

Any thoughts?

Post a photo of your hardware and wiring and we'll take a look. 800x600 images usually work best.

I mean, its nothing with the circuit i guess, because the when i power the servo setup, one works one does not.
But incase you want to see the circuit, here it is.

Could you please issue a replacement, I am in urgent need of one and i had ordered it on express shipping to Denmark,
and now this does not work for my project.
