4-channel i2c safe Bidirectional level shifter

I am trying to locate a footprint of the adafruit 4-channel i2c logic shifter.
Specifically pin spacing, and location.

It is Adafruit Product ID: 757.

Spacing between pins is 0.1 in and between the rows is 0.4 in. I do not see any Eagle files for this board.
