PixyCMU5 Not working (2)

I had been told by support to create a post here.
Actually there is already a post which describes correctly my problem

Already made all of the checking suggested on cmucam forum.
Checked with both Widows 7 64 bit and windows Xp (the one I have available).
Checked with 3 different USB cables (one is as short as 15 cm).
on connecting with PixyMon it allways say

Pixy detected.
Error: Unable to connect to device
Setting the Pixy in upgrade mode it says:
Pixy programming state detected.
error: cannot get flash procedures

This suggest is malfunctioning

The pixy model is R1.3 (2013) 1406-7221
