On May 1st I ordered the HDMI 4 Pi ‐ 7" Display 1280x800 (720p) IPS ‐ HDMI/VGA/PAL/NTSC[ID:1033] = $159.95 for 2 day shipping. Order Confirmation # 775842-1670872689. It arrived today on May 6th with the frame of the screen broken. We would still like this product and as quickly as possible, It is for work. What is the process in returning a broken part and receiving a new one? I have pictures for your reference but am unable to attach them to this message

The forum software only accepts attachments up to 1M. You should be able to post the photos if you scale them down.
800x600 usually gives us enough detail to see what we need.

I just sent them an email, why was I not directed to do this in the begging instead of posting a forum? We need this product for work and would like to get it resolved quickly!

We do all our support here in the forums. About 20% of the posts titled 'defective product' involve misconnected cables or pin header that hasn't been soldered to the PCB.
The support engineers (my colleagues and myself) verify the ones that do involve component or production failures and authorize replacements. In most cases that involves some amount of testing, and often (as in this case) photos.
