Which aluminium extrusion T-Nut is the more solid?

The slim ones. They have more metal on the cross-section that resists pulling along the bolt axis.

That said, they're both made of steel, which is about 10 times harder/stronger than aluminum. You'll make a mess of the extruded track before either of the nuts fail.
